Official BigBoss? If PreferenceLoader is getting an update, the one on the BigBoss will be updated.

Most tweaks require updating for the new Electra Jailbreak, Apple File Conduit is one of them.

You should know how to install said Tweak considering you know it exists. Might be on a custom repo, or the BigBoss repo.

Filza needs updating for the new Electra Jailbreak.

As with any other newly released Jailbreak, you will need to wait until stuff get updated to support the new iOS version.

He doesn't want to work on Electra, nor do I think he likes it. Just wants to update Cydia & Substrate but he's been sick.

1.0.2 version of Electra is still not user friendly with cheats.

Or use the manual install way using dpkg.

Wait for Filza to get iOS 11 Jailbreak support.
