You can always use something like WinSCP or iFunBox. As for fixing the error, I think it's out of my scope of support. The developer might need to update the app. - Have you tried uninstalling Filza, running iCleaner (if it's updated for iOS 11) and then installing again?

I believe this happens when IDA is still processing the binary and you're searching in the Functions window or you have a search going already.
