You only get that error if you extract the SDK wrong or you have a 64bit device. Can you show us a picture of your /var/theos/sdks folder?

I remember having this problem. Can't remember how I fixed Do you have any header files in /var/theos/include/? -

I think you get that error when the file you are installing is not a .deb or .ipa. AppCake doesn't install zips & rars so make sure you have the correct extension.

No, not a ban. A complete forum ban! I'd check all the options that appear in the ban member tab. All the IP's you've used. EVERYTHING! -
That is only if you have a 64bit device. You probably extracted the SDK wrong or something. Make sure the sdk is in //var/theos/sdks/iPhoneOS7.1.sdk
