Go to /var/theos/makefiles/targets/ and rename the "Darwin-arm" folder to "Darwin-arm64" Next go to /var/theos/makefiles/platform/ and rename "Darwin-arm.mk" to "Darwin-arm64.mk" Now try compiling.
