Or try a pirated theme to see if it works or not? iOS 8.2 is BETA. Are you sure you're not on 8.1.2?

Isn't iOS 8.2 out for developers only? Why do you have it? Try getting the theme from a pirate repo since the normal repos won't let you install them. Check out the Cydia Section.

The applications folder on iOS 8 has changed splitting .app and the documents into different folders so to find the documents folder, try both Containers/Data & Containers/Bundle. Use Filza to navigate since it supports app names.
