There's a problem with the pre-removal script of the deb. Does the app still appear as installed once you try removing it? Try this first:

Do all your apps appear as installed on iTunes? This might be a caching problem so either typing uicache in terminal may fox it or some reboots may do. Also, always update to the latest taiG JB package. If the above doesn't solve anything, we'll try something else.
