Yeah, you need AppSync Unified to install cracked apps. Yeah, once you restore, you can rejailbreak and restore from backup also.

Restoring your iPad will revert everything back to stock. Male a backup before restoring... You will also lose your Jailbreak.

I had this problem on 8.1.1 with Pangu Jailbreak and I was able to solve it by installing AppCake on my device. Not sure if the same thing would help on TaiG jailbreak but you can give it a try?

Doing it from a PC is recommended. A zip holds all the hack files. It's an archive and you have to extract them to the location in the instructions.

From what iTunes is saying, this sounds like a hardware problem? Have you tried DFU restore? Also, I think that the iPhone 3G has some tools which can restore it without iTunes but not sure if they even exist anymore.

I just realised that @@AirMAX's Gangstar Vegas hack found here is actually a tweak but his instructions and tags are outdated. I've updated his topic.

Install that .deb from iFile also. I'll send you the direct deb download link via PM. Remember to uninstall all previous hacks and reboot.

Not sure why the Cheat's settings won't appear...? Try uninstalling, rebooting & reinstalling again the rebooting again.

Yes, some may not work since the authors haven't updated them. Not sure how themes work
