Log out of Game Center, uninstall the app. Do the command in Keychains, reboot device, reinstall the app and you will start a new game and won't get asked to load from your old Save. You can make a new GC account to store your save their also.

Haven't used My3G but 3GUnrestrictor has worked fine and it's been around and updated for years. Plus, the developer is a girl so it's a must buy.
