Hello, If it's stuck on loading screen (60% or 80%), this means you've been banned from the game as far as I know. You can restart your game by deleting everything inside the Documents folder of Wakfu Raiders located here: /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Wakfu Raiders/Documents/ I suggest you use Filza File Manager for this. Also, make a backup before deleting everything.

Yes, your iPad would be able to handle this but you can keep trying on your iPhone. Maybe use some suggestions on how to prevent apps from crashing/refreshing when using Cheat Engines.
