You will need to Set Permissions to the files of the game. Have you tried changing the compatibility mode for the tool? That does wonders, sometimes. But most of the time, it just doesn't work.

Using Filza, go to /var/mobile/Containers/Data/ And look for Harvest Swap's Documents folder there.
