This sounds like a hardware issue if it's been happening even after multiple restores.

Then I can only guess it's a hardware issue? Why did your sister give you the phone? Maybe she knew it was broken?

Could this be an issue caused by a Tweak? Try going into Safe Mode and test it from there.

Are you sure theos is installed in /var/theos/?

You cannot get ARMv7 on iOS 9 from Clutch if your device is ARM64. And vice versa. You will need for someone else to crack it for you or check AppCake and others. This might change in the future.
