Does the default .plist in the template work?

No. Your issue was the buttons not appearing in settings? An empty settings pane?

The first one: my-project.plist

Go to /Library/PreferenceBundles/YourProjectName.bundle using iFile and text-edit the .plist using iFile's text editor and it will show you which line in the plist is causing a problem.

You never stated being on iOS 9. Shou should work, it's been updated for iOS 9. iRec is from emu4ios.net And try Display Recorder from another repo.

Uninstall them one by one until you find the cause. Start off with the tweaks which affect the whole system.
