You can't carrier unlock an iPhone. You will need to take it to a service shop and they'll give you a price for the unlock. Or speak with the carrier which the iPhone is locked to.

You might be interested in "Mobdro".

You might also need to disable ASLR on some apps.

You're probably missing drivers. Did your mouse come with any DVD?

I believe this is a hardware problem but we can't be sure unless a full restore has been done. You can try to fully restore the device to find out but is it worth losing the Jailbreak for it? And probably end up finding out that it was actually a hardware issue?

Is your binary thinned for testing? The binary used to play the game should be the same as the one you're viewing on IDA for what shmoo said to work. Also, AirMAX has updated the cheats.
