You're probably missing drivers. Did your mouse come with any DVD?

Log out of Game Center and re-install the game. I think someone posted a topic on how to reset the game.

I believe this is a hardware problem but we can't be sure unless a full restore has been done. You can try to fully restore the device to find out but is it worth losing the Jailbreak for it? And probably end up finding out that it was actually a hardware issue?

Is your binary thinned for testing? The binary used to play the game should be the same as the one you're viewing on IDA for what shmoo said to work. Also, AirMAX has updated the cheats.

Yes, so the issue is with the way your device is cracking apps. If you're on iPhone 5< on iOS 9, the binary is probably already thinned.

I don't think so since it's just changing icons and appearance but we cannot be sure. It may or may not drain battery faster. Might also depend on the theme.
