Try connecting to 127.0.0.1 also. Try both ways. Make sure the device is plugged in.

This works fine on the latest. Upgrade to that. Turn off Nitro? I never experienced that. -
1. Unzip the files and folders inside to your desktop. 2. Copy the current Library & Documents folder on your iDevice and back them up somewhere. 3. Delete the two folders of the game and then copy over the hacked files. Or Copy over and replace the hacked files with the originals.
