You need to edit the control file next to your Tweak.xm and not the one in /_/DEBIAN/control. Then re-compile once you edit. Edit: https://iosgods.com/topic/26287-error-on-compiling-missing-version/

Make a new line in your Version: 1.3.8. Move it under the Section. You need to edit the control next to your Tweak.xm.
