The mute button has always been there. Type in "/prefs" (without quotations) in the shoutbox and toggle the sound option. Cydia will fail to install unless the 'lrpoj' dependency is also installed or installed before/at the same time as the Cydia deb. And a reboot is usually suggested when installing an application such as Cydia.

Grab the "UDKGame" file inside the .app folder and upload it to the site. You'll probably need to crack the app first so you can thin it and remove ASLR.

Hey, You can save your SHSH blobs using TinyUmbrella. But just because you saved them does not mean you get the ability to downgrade back to 9.2 when it stops being signed. That's not possible as of right now. TinyUmbrella stated that you should save your SHSH blobs because downgrading might be possible in the future.

The only forum that would suggest upgrading at this point would he the Apple forums. There was a tweak to enhance the graphics on your device.

Were you Jailbroken prior to updating? How did you install those two apps?

So if you're sharing the same Apple ID, then simply find a way to install the IPA on her device? Maybe TeamViewer and iFunBox? Or create a new USA Apple ID and send it to her so she can download the app.
