If you select iphone/tweak then it will be just a Tweak. No settings. I suggest you use the Preference Bundle templates posted in Tools.

Your problem now seems that your theos is compressing the files inside the deb archive to a .xz format which the installer doesn't recognise. Normally, it should only be data.tar and not data.tar.xz like in your case. Can you open this file with a Text Editor and paste the content here. /makefiles/package/deb.mk
