You have another tweak that has the same file/folder or something. And the new installation doesn't have permission to overwrite the old tweak's files.

Uninstall the tweak that has sharedlib installed then install the new one? Overwriting DynamicLibrary is like saying take my Jailbreak away.

I don't think iOS file managers are that advanced to read the split rar/zip archives. But the files iFile depends on, run them in teeminal with the "--help" attribute to see what they're able to do.
