You deleted the hack files? When you want to remove a hack, you uninstall it from Cydia if it's a .deb. Now that you're in a boot loop for some reason (you might have deleted something crucial to the OS), try booting into Safe Mode by holding the volume up button while your turn on your phone.

That's not supposed to happen. You probably did something wrong... Are you sure you're copying the right file? iSpongeBob10 has also posted a tweak which doesn't require this tutorial, have you given that a try?
