com.companyname.appname Usually looks like that.

The one inside your theos project next to Tweak.xm? Nothing. When asked for Bundle ID after choosing a template from the list, you enter the application's bundle ID and NIC automatically adds it to the .plist so your Tweak affects x app. You can easily find the apps bundle ID using our tool: http://armconverter.com/appinfo/

Seems like a weird issue with the backup. I suggest you re-backup using iTunes and load from that backup instead.

You can't import data files if you haven't selected a backup or a folder to go to from the sidebar.
