You didn't downgrade Cydia Substrate as mentioned on the post, did you?

Another solution which I do not know of as of now.

You already have your Jailbreak, it's just Cydia isn't working properly. And without Cydia, there's not much you can do with it. There's probably another solution to solve your issue, but with no tweaks or apps or anything installed, the chances are slim.

That was regarding Cydia Impactor which you could not install. In iTunes, you're always forced to restore to the latest iOS or the one(s) that is/are being signed.

You cannot restore to 9.1. It's not being signed anymore. You are forced to update to 9.2.1.

Check your AntiVirus or your hosts file. And make sure you're not restoring to an unsigned iOS version.

So, basically you have no tweaks or anything installed and you're getting this error? Sounds like you need to restore.

Hopefully you had Apple File Conduit "2" installed.

Re-download from the first post now and try it again.

Then try inserting the deb manually into /var/root/Cydia/AutoInstall and reboot.
