Copy the music files you downloaded usinf SafariDownloader+ to your PC and add them to the playlist you made on iTunes. Then sync the playlist to your device so iTunes will recognise each song and sync back and forth.

Hello, No. Updating will remove the Jailbreak. If you want to restore without updating, try Cydia Impactor.
