iOS 11 is in beta and not all hacks will support it. You should downgrade to iOS 10 if you want to use the hack.

It's not the hack, rather the iPhone 7 Jailbreak.

You can try deleting the game and when asked to keep Game Center score, remove that also. Then make sure nothing related to LDOE is inside Settings -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage After the above, open the Game Center app and find LDOE from the list and just swipe left on it to remove. Hopefully that should help.
