Probably the postinst that AppSync has might have changed something it shouldn't on newer iOS versions. Do you have a .deb to download the 3.1 AppSync?

Uninstall Cydia Substrate and reinstall it. Then see if your home button is fixed.

I don't think you can without a tweak. Search through Cydia.

Did you install PPSync or something? What's that package? What if you install AppSync from AngelXWind's official repo?
