Okay, it's back to life now. After removing Cydia Substrate and others, my Cydia kept crashing but I had SSH access so I installed Cydia Substrate, preferenceloader, com.saurik.afc2d (just in case), reinstalled Cydia and Cydia-lproj. It went into a black screen but after leaving it there for a few minutes, it went back to normal, no Safe Mode. I then Semi-Restored just in case and because my iPad was getting a bit slow. Here's the commands I used: apt-get update apt-get autoremove apt-get remove mobilesubsrate preferenceloader com.saurik.afc2d apt-get install mobilesubstrate preferenceloader com.saurik.afc2d apt-get --reinstall install cydia cydia-lproj killall -9 SpringBoard
