I cleaned out old IPs. I've added more than 800 IPs so far and it has been really time consuming and stressful.

You can't do anything to it right now. There are no iCould bypass things that I know of that work on iOS 9.3+. You can take it to Apple and tell the story or a service shop to unlock it. You can't even Jailbreak it if you're stuck in iCloud activation screen.

Maybe, if you would try searching.

I updated it to v2.2.1 but the game freezes on loading screen. Will take a look at it and fix it when I'm free.
