Usually means the .dylib isn't being injected. If you can, copy the HACKNAME.dylib & HACKNAME.plist from /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and paste them into /Library/TweakInject folder.

I always have to install things manually, installing from Cydia will not work, nor do I get settings of any tweak regardless if I have the dependencies installed.
