You can get FlexConverter working by simply creating a symlink since FlexConverter looks for Flex 2's patches.plist location. All you have to do is create a symlink that links it to Flex 3's .plist location.

What doesn't work? Be more specific. I tested this on iPad Air 2 on 9.3.3 and it worked. That's how I recorded the video.
