You purchased the wrong package. The Non-Jailbroken section is a package on its own.

You cannot update cracked using the App Store. You will need to wait until the new version is available on AppCake.

Nope.

I believe having the $99 developer package skips the 3 apps per device thing? Not sure. Either way, App Stores like that are not allowed since it falls under advertising.

The debug menu in-game, not in settings. Also upgrading seems visual but skipping isn't.
