I believe having the $99 developer package skips the 3 apps per device thing? Not sure. Either way, App Stores like that are not allowed since it falls under advertising. -

Once you pay to upgrade, you have to wait for the upgrade to deliver. The hack makes the upgrade deliver instantly. -

Don't upgrade too fast and don't upgrade past your level. Meaning, if you're level one, and your grenade is max level is like asking the developers to ban you. Upgrade slowly. -
