Yes, but you need to install a Tweak for them to automatically install.

Deb hacks are not like Jailed IPA hacks.

You must install the app from the app store before installing .deb hacks.

Can you try moving the MSL & GuardianHunter files from /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries to /user/lib/TweakInject?
