There are a few post claiming it's an error with niantic cause there are quiet a few that has recieved the same error without using any sort of third party program or fake mail. I'm very sceptical about this myself but we can only hope.

That's true but the chances that they won't notice that you've used a bot is close 0

I wonder what way they are banning now. If it a account ban and it's absolute (perm ban) there probably is no way to get your account back

The day I see Terminal in AppStore is the day I stop jailbreaking.

Maybe you've already solved the problem but if not, download it directly from DB to your iDevice then install it using iFile or Filza.The save is still working on the latest update (1.9.2).

It depends on what you mean by cracking. If you simply want to crack you can use Terminal + Clutch. However since you don't have much knowledge about cracking and (I assume) what to do with it I'd recommend looking that up that first
