If you are talking about the Data directory, then only package the save you want and make a Save Game cheat . If you are editing the Bundle files then you need to make an ipa file and put it in Non-JB. The way this would be possible with a deb is to make a shell script that would look for the directory by checking the unique files inside the game. And that script would be run on installation since you can specify that in the control file. Cheers and good luck!
