LocalIAp still works. But it's the generate the receipt part that doesn't work on IOS 9.0.2

Thanks Edit: Seems like this method does not work on iPhone 6 IOS 9.0.2 Edit2: It works w/o the "generate receipt" but it's hard to make it work. I can do it 1 out of 5 times.
