Fallout shelter's in app purchases cannot be cracked, however I'm sure that there are plentiful sources on how to get other unlimited resources in game on the site. I havent checked pocket morty, but I do know that there are also hacks for that on iosgods as well.

@DiDA This "Cheat" is outdated or no longer works. Links are all dead and lead you to a pay per click (Wait 5 seconds) then you're at a dead link or come to a file that was deleted.
