Ok. I fixed it by deleting the app and downloading it from the official site again.

Whenever I click on a movie, and I click the download button, it is always stuck on "Get streams..." Also, when I go to TV shows and I click on the new button, it's always loading. How do I fix it? Is it a server problem? Also, when I refresh, it doesn't even load. It takes forever.

I think you should try using Puffin Web Browser. Even though it's paid, you can get it using AppAddict or Appcake. Puffin is also a very fast and fluid browser. @@DiDA

By the way, delete the one you got from Cydid and download it from that site. That site provides the latest version of playbox. I downloaded it from there and I have no problems ever since. You have to put in the Apple ID and pass they provide for you when you first enter the app. It's like that. Once you enter it, you're done. You won't need to enter it ever again. Hope it helped!
