You could probably just reinstall PreferenceLoader and Cydia Substrate tbh

It restores your device to the update that you're currently on. Say if you're on 8.4, it will restore to 8.4. Note that Cydia will be removed, but you can jailbreak again when the process is finished.

It gets rid of the 0 you put. As to why it can't access it, I don't know. Try putting it in again without the 0 after 0x
