    Do you have any lock screen tweaks installed ? A passcode tweak maybe ? Is the same issue present while in safemode ? You could try disabling your lock screen/passcode tweaks one by one until the issue stops ? If you could name a few or even post a screen shot of your installed tweaks I'm sure we can solve the issue.

    iPhone 6 iOS 9.3.3 Plant Vz Zombies 2 Version 5.3.1 Not working app crashes on start up. App will not run after hack removed , reinstall needed , App reset all previous coins and gems gone. Also no more free coins , seems to have been removed.
