Have you activated the hack in settings ? what hack is it you are installing ?

Be sure the hack installed correctly are you non Jailbroken or Jailbroken ? what iOS are you running ? what hack is it you are attempting to install, is it just one single hack or several ?

Is this with every IPA or just one ?

Is Cydia Impactor and iTunes up to date ?

Be sure you have all the requirements for Cydia Impactor and that iTunes is up to date.

Error code -1 Sometime when you restore a backup to your iPad or iPhone with iBackupBot, iBackupBot can pop up a error message window showing “Error occurred, error code: -1” There are 3 reasons that can cause this problem: The most likely reason is that you enabled Find My iPhone on your iPad or iPhone. Disable it then try to restore again, and re-enable after you have restored. To turn off Find My iPhone, tap Settings > iCloud And disable Find My iPhone. Other reasons include, Your iPad or iPhone is busy. E.g, you do a restore with iTunes and the restore processing did not completed, then you do a restore with iBackupBot and the error occurred. Your can try to restore your idevice again if you need to. If you tried all the above methods and the problem is still not resolved, you can try restoreing your device with iTunes on a different known-good computer. From what I read of the thread you provided when you have done this 7 times you receive the message "Unable to process payment" When this message appears you must then create a new Apple ID with the link provided, I don't know why you will need the link as I assume you can just create a new Apple ID in the normal way. Create a new Apple ID and try again.

The thread you refer to is over a year old, it is possible that this no longer works or only works for some iOS versions or devices.

You need to : Boot into safemode when device reboots press and hold the volume + button, do not let go until you see the lockscreen. Safemode is a bit tricky for some users to get into, just keep trying, it's all about timing, you need to press and hold that volume button at the right time. Once in safemode open Cydia and remove the "Old" tweak, reboot. Do not rejailbreak, you are Jailbroken you do not need to rejailbreak you need to boot into safemode and remove the tweak.

If you do not have a jailbreak you can not use this hack. Non Jailbroken version here :

What has happened here is you crafted and item that you are not supposed to in an older version of the app, you then updated the app but the item you crafted is still not avalible but it's on you're save game, this causes the save data not to load, many users who crafted items not yet in game have lost everything and had to start all over again. There is currently no fix for this issue. Please in future follow all Warnings provided in each and every topic, the warnings are there for a reason, failure to follow these warnings can cause you to run in to issue such as the one you face now.

That is good news, so the issue will be with you're device or Service Provider. Remove SIM card, wait for "No SIM" message, enter SIM card back in device and wait for signal .... If still no signal Reboot the device, if still no service, connect to iTunes and restore. You are on iOS 11 so you lose nothing When restore has completed you will be prompted on the device to preform a Carrier Update, do the update. If after this you still have no signal you will need to contact you're service provider and inquire about the issue.

One year is a standard contract, if you brought the device second hand the contract may be up !
