Already tried 3 times, i also checked the drivers usb cables and Apple iphone, everything is up to date. And sideloadly doesnt work as well so i guess it ´s not because of iTunes

Hello, im trying connect my iphone 8 to my windows computer in order to do a save on itunes. but itunes does not recognize my phone and it’s same for sideloadly… When i plug it, there’s power but i cannot save or do stuff with sideloadly. I tried many things : change the usb port, check if my phone trust my computer, restart phone/computer, change cable,… i dont know what else to try. Does someone knows this problem and the solution?
