It requires a hack I assume. But you can also try VPN and try to use it. Many free VPNs available . Try one of US and open the app after that. These apps are usually location-based and also check the IP Location of your internet

iOS 8.3 is a recent update which was released not even a day ago, wait for some time for the app developers of iFunBox etc to release an update for it as apple seems to have changed some file system again. I hope there will be a update soon. As for now, there can't be anything done except to have patience and pray that the update for iFunBox , iTools comes fast
