is it a game? if yes, log out from gamecenter and try to uninstall and install the app again . it should be able to start it in a new way. another way is that if you are jailbroken, go to cydia and add this repo : http://repo.biteyourapple.net . Search for a tweak named Slices and install it. Then respring your device and go to settings. there should be a tab named Slices . go in it and select the app. and create a new slice. what castix said is right. that language which you mentioned above is a bit old. nowadays new code is used like the one mentioned above as it is quite common and easy to use with the available headers on iOS

some apps have it in the StoreKit folder as well . there is a file named receipt but it is highly unlikely that its the place for it. some apps also have a tmp folder. Can you send me your Documents or Library folder or a screenshot of the files in it? that way we can help you more.

this happened to me as well but when i tried to purchase the same amount of gems , it said "you have alreay purchased this so your gems are restored for free" . you should try purchasing again , if it doesnt work , go to http://reportaproblem.apple.comand report it and mention that you didnt recieve the item yet and you would like a refund. do not mention why you didnt get in app purchase or that you are jailbroken . DO NOT TELL ABOUT iAPCrazy or they might ban you as well. so just tell them that the money was spent and you didnt recieve the gems

i think if you look in the source code of safari upload enabler you can make it work on Puffin

there are tweaks to upload files from Safari with the use of tweaks in Cydia like Safari Upload Enabler which i use. cant say about other browsers tbh.
