My Apple Store disappeared when I jailbroke my iPad 2, so I used Cydia Impactor. I don't know how to solve it without restoring it. Either you use Cydia Impactor or Semi-Restore( better option). P.S. Wait for other replies, I'm not quite sure with this.

Reinstall the hack or make sure that you don't have any previous outdated hacks for the game. Localiapstore don't work on server sided games.
