No, if it is would have a banner saying a new jailbreak is released.

I have no knowledge w/ No Jailbreak Cheats.

I don't know if No Jailbreak Cheats work on iOS 9. I'm not updated yet if it doesn't work.

We've had a similar topic suggested by @Klepto. It was turned down though

Do this: Go to the package > Modify > Clear then Install

Try rasticrac If it's rasticrac, it should appear in /var/root/documents/cracked

I'm very confused on what your issue is. Dowbload the file. Open it with iFile, tap "Installer," and wait until the end result is 0. Respring. Configure the hack in settings.

What do you mean it doesn't appear? Try with Filza

It should appear in /var/mobile/Documente/Cracked/CrackedIPA.. Using Filza, you click on the IPA file and press extract. The game's binary should be the extracted ipa folder/payload/game.app/game's binary

Try reinstalling it
