You should learn ARM via YouTube. It's the language used for a game's binary. For every ARM, there is a code called Hex. -

Some tweaks do not need to be configured in settings. They are already enabled. What tweak did you download? -

Can't you use iFile or Filza? Do you have AFC2Add/Taig AFC?
