Cracking an App disables security related stuff which makes it able to be shared with others. Otherwise people wouldn’t be able to use your IPAs

Why did you restore from backup? At this point you're just making things worse. Jailbreak Electra without Tweaks enabled and run Delectra. I don't think there's another solution for you right now.

Read the first post, you must finish the tutorial before using the hack. You finished the barista tutorial part and gained so much XP that you leveled up to 10/20 and the game doesn't know what to do. Check the option and buy things from store and complete actions. -
