It's too time consuming to support older devices. Especially since the whole world is moving to x64 and even Apple doesn't support x32 with iOS 11 & 12 now.

Are you able to login via Safari?

Thinking of dropping x32 support entirely.

Sounds like your Electra installation has issues. You will need to manually install the hack files. See:
