You cannot install .debs on a Non-Jailbroken iDevice and there is currently no Jailbreak for iOS 12.3.

You need 10133B184 as that's where the target(?) MOV X0, #0 instruction is.

Hello, The live offset patcher tool requires IDA offset, and not file offset. In some cases, you may need to activate the cheat before the match begins as the function gets called only once at the beginning of the match.
