    iPad is at 83% Battery Wear Level. But it changes from 83% to 66% occasionally. Has to always stay plugged in to a wall outlet and not a USB port.

    Do you have other (old) certificates installed? If yes, try removing them.

    Not entirely sure, theoretically having both on should be better. But they might be detecting the iGMenu anti-ban?
