Hello, It seems like your ViP has expired, which would explain your issue. Usually, once your ViP expires iOSGods Authenticator will disallow you from using some/most ViP hacks. If not, then you will continue using them but since you’re now a normal member, you will start seeing ads.

#2 will be looked at. It will either be fixed to the way it was, or removed entirely. As for #1, I don't think we'll be changing that anytime soon..

I don't think you understand, or maybe I'm not understanding. Once you turn the feature ON, it will make the change and stick to it, since the app won't call the function anymore. This because latest SWGOH update changed some stuff leading to this issue. Treat that feature as a patcher hack in settings, you either turn it on and open the game, or leave it off. iGMenu offers a 'Safe Mode' option which means you can open the Menu initially with all switches OFF.
