That's an app specific issue which is not related to this installation method. Which app is it?

Can you be more specific? Why does it not allow you to go back into the game?

You can use the previous one. And you do not need to uninstall if you're using the same Apple ID. You can overwrite it.

I don't think it's worth spending more time on this game.
