Hello, After inspecting, @K_K made a mistake with the IPA it seems. I tried fixing it so give it another try. If it doesn't work, might have to wait on K_K to remake it.

STEP 3: Download Cydia Impactor and extract the archive. STEP 4: Open/Run Cydia Impactor on your computer then connect your iOS Device and wait until your device name shows up on Cydia Impactor.
